"people make mistakes" at least you've gone further than Shanti Keleman has - who has been the most disgraceful returning officer at LSE in living memory. But you clearly also pressurised her to make the decisions she did. What a manipulating person you are.

In my nearly three years at LSE I have never been involved in ‘Union politics’. However I feel that I must comment on this disgraceful article by an elected union ‘representative’. I have watched my union ‘representatives’ declare “war” against members of our own union, fellow students, with a sad escalation of events played out at the UGM, Beaver and in your meeting with governors. What is most saddening is that in his very last article in the Beaver as General Secretary, all he seems to do is take a swipe at students; clearly the bitter words of a Union head who must be furious about his “legacy” being destroyed. In my nearly three years at LSE, relations between Union ‘representatives’ and students are at the lowest point I have ever witnessed. This will be his legacy of his tenure in office. Barack Obama’s slogan of change could not be more poigniant for this Union.

Haha Jason. All his possessions should be chucked out in black bin bags when he leaves. Surely must be LSE's most hated Gen Sec ever.

Jon:

I didn't even run. Hence, I am a "non-bitter-and-losing-candidate". I.e. neither bitter nor a losing candidate (not a candidate at all, in fact).

Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, Aled was one of those 'activists'. How power corrupts. I can now understand why Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe brutally supresses protestors. Forget the Green Party Aled, after what you've done to destroy LSE SU democracy, Zanu PF would welcome you with open arms.

I would happily pay for all these disgraced sabbs to go to New Zealand and never come back to the UK, let alone LSE.

btw New Zealand is just a random country, maybe the Anerican zoos would be a better place to go.

I really cant undersand how George Wetz was ever elected as the SU Treasurer. He's such a plonker and his maths is clearly appauling - little wonder that they've decided to abolish the Tresurer post.

Just face it - you're the most hated and worst General Secreary in LSE's history. Thats what the mood seems to be on Houghton Street. Everyone knows it. You seriously need to piss off to the Green Party (and if they had any sense they would tell you to get lost as well).
